BOOKING FEE

There is a 25% booking fee at the time of booking.

This fee will be deducted from your treatment.

For injectables the fee is 50% as products are ordered in especially for each client.

This fee will be deducted from your treatment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order to cancel or change an appointment.

After this time, you will lose any booking fees paid.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We allow for a 5 minute “grace period” for late arrivals.

If you arrive after 5 minutes, the appointment is treated as

a no-show without prior communication.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows result in a loss of any booking fees paid.

 

If you are late or a no-show twice,

we will require all future appointments to be paid in full at time of booking.
